This edition focuses on the third European Road Safety Days held in Brussels on 13-14 October 2010 and organised by the European Commission in collaboration with the Belgian EU Presidency and the European Parliament.

It has been redesigned recently to offer a more user friendly and quick access to the national rules for speed, alcohol, day time running lights, winter tyres and safety equipment for cars and for cyclists.
